Rights
Per usergroup and per user the rights can be set for access to functions and pages.
Users inherited rights that are set for usergroups they are member of. User rights can be extended by adding rights in the usersettings to users individually.
Rights are set in the menu:

In the dialog the rights are ordered by subject and the all the subject settings can be set or reset with the first checkbox or the different subject settings can be accessed and set/reset with the dropdown symbol 
The User settings comes with an extra column to extend rights on individual level.
The complete list is given here, with the last three columns for advise settings for most used userprofiles.
